Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, washing, stripping, carpet cleaning, window washing and waxing.
• Assist in training new hires or subcontracted services in the proper use of equipment.
• Enforce all policies and procedures of the facility.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Participate in execution of life safety or damage concerns or loss of property promptly to supervisor or manager.
• Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Review daily assignments and special projects.
• Inspect completed work to determine that it meets the acceptable requirements.
• Issue supplies and equipment.
• Compile a list to order all necessary inventories of equipment and supplies.
• Have knowledge and or experience in groundskeeping, cutting grass, maintaining curb appeal.
• Operate extractor machine.
• Work on elevated areas including ladders, scaffolding, and scissor lifts.
• Assist other Operations Department divisions to expedite set-up and teardown events whenever possible.
• Perform other duties assigned.
