Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, cashier duties, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance by working in various areas inside and out.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun, energetic team.

Requirements

• Retail and customer service experience (sales associate or cashiering preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.
• Strong selling skills, excellent customer care, and friendly communication.
• Ability to work quickly while enjoying the job.
• Team player who can meet daily goals and generate problem‑solving ideas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; eye‑hand coordination required.
• May need to climb a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs.

Pay

Hiring range: $11.00 to $12.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shift Availability: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends). Full‑time position.
