Curriculum Specialist

About the role

This position exists to assist and support school district personnel in the design, development, and alignment of K-12 standards-based curriculum and instructional methodologies. The overall goal is to incorporate state projects and initiatives into actionable and effective staff training sessions, grant management, and administrative components. The Curriculum Specialist will provide technical assistance to districts in the form of the dissemination of information and support regarding state mandates.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support school district personnel in the design, development, and alignment of K-12 standards-based curriculum and instructional methodologies.
• Incorporate state projects and initiatives into actionable and effective staff training sessions, grant management, and administrative components.
• Provide technical assistance to districts through dissemination of information and support regarding state mandates.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Education
• Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience
• English/Language Arts background

Pay

The salary range for this position starts at $80,107.
