Responsibilities

  • Aid in the development, maintenance, and modernization of all matters concerning Unit Level Training.
  • This role demands prior military or civilian experience with a solid understanding of NETC systems, processes, and certification requirements.
  • Oversee the upkeep and administration of existing curricula.
  • Coordinate all curriculum development/revision/modification efforts with relevant staff.
  • Contribute to the creation of new curricula and update existing ones.
  • Involvement in all stages of curriculum development and maintenance, including coordination with the Learning Support Officer (LSO).
  • Inform the Curriculum Control Authority (CCA) about any developments or issues affecting project timelines.
  • Maintain accessibility of all training materials for the curriculum development team and Course Supervisors.
  • Ensure all training materials, including lesson plans, instructor guides, trainee guides, tests, instructional media material (IMM), and electronic media, are accessible.
  • Preserve a master copy of all training materials in the course's Master Training Plan (MTP), which includes the latest approved TPP, Letter of Promulgation, COI, TCCD, two previous FCRs, and the approved Testing Plan.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of Formal Course Reviews (FCRs) and publish an annual schedule, providing copies to the Director of Training.
  • Instructors under this person’s supervision are using the most current Curriculum materials.
  • Offer feedback to curriculum management personnel to keep the Master Record Qualifications up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of ten years’ experience within the past fifteen years in a Course Curriculum Model Manager role.
  • A master's degree in a related field with a strong focus on writing.
