Curriculum Development & Data Platforms Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of CMS sales training curriculum for various programs
• Create scalable digital learning ecosystems incorporating LMS and AI tools
• Personalize learning experiences using AI to enhance coaching and performance
• Establish curriculum frameworks based on adult learning principles and behavioral change theory
• Identify capability gaps with field leadership and create targeted development programs
• Transform existing training content into interactive, modern learning experiences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in sales training or curriculum design within the medical device, pharma, or healthcare sectors
• Proven experience integrating AI or digital technologies into learning functions
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
• Experience in developing scalable learning platforms and utilizing data for insights
