Curriculum Developer

About the role

Full-time Curriculum Developer position with Client Solution Architects (CSA) in Virginia Beach, VA. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Requirements

• Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated success in three (3) or more of the following operational areas:
• At least 4 years’ experience in joint training
• Knowledge and experience in Joint Doctrine and Chairman’s Instructions/Manuals
• Experience designing and developing interactive web-based learning and blended learning courses
• Experience with eLearning and curriculum and courseware authoring for web-based training and education development
• At least 3 years’ experience as an Instructional Systems Designer in developing complex level interactive courseware
• At least 3 years’ experience with eLearning practices and technology strategies in a military training environment
• At least 3 years’ experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Physical Requirements

• Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstation
• Use hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devices
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Specific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
• Stand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desks
• Lift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
