Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update training content for instructor-led courses, including facilitator guides, PowerPoints, activities, and assessments.
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain computer-based training courses.
- Research content and collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Utilize various learning methods that support best practices for the adult learner.
- Create learning assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes.
- Evaluate learning design, instructional approaches, and training pain points and address identified gaps.
- Modify curriculum to improve evaluation results based on Kirkpatrick's levels 1, 2, and 3.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of full-time professional staff administrative experience or related work.
- OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
Desirable Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience designing curriculum for adult learners.
- Experience using performance data to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
- Experience designing learning objectives and assessments.
- Experience using e-Learning tools to create computer-based learning deliverables.
- Excellent writing and communication skills required, preferably including experience with plain language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms.
- Ability to foster and maintain cohesive working relationships.
- Ability to respectfully provide and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills necessary, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage workload to meet specific timeframes and deadlines.
