Responsibilities

• Create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play.
• Nurture children’s social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development.
• Implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum with your co-teacher.
• Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
• Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Ability to work with children ages 2-5 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and fostering a love of learning.
