Job Title: Curbside Pickup Coordinator

General Function

Responsible for facilitating aisles online pickup orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner. Ensures the best customer experience at pickup for Aisles Online customers.

Reporting Relations

• Accountable and Reports to: District Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers of; Store Operations, Perishables, and Health Wellness Home; Online Shopping Department Manager
• Positions that Report to you: Aisles Online Pick Up Clerks

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
• Greets customers with a smile and addresses them by name
• Aids customers in locating and securing products
• Passes along customer suggestions or requests
• Answers the telephone and emails promptly
• Facilitates Aisles Online pickup orders
• Led staff at the pickup location to provide efficient, helpful, and friendly experiences
• Places orders in storage and retrieves them for customers
• Loads groceries into customer vehicles
• Adheres to company policies and store guidelines

Secondary Duties And Responsibilities

• Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones
• Tenders customer orders through POS and charges credit cards
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required

Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Visual requirements: ability to see detail at near range with or without correction
• Medium work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, and lifting/carrying up to 25 pounds
• Physical activities: stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions
• Work conditions: retail store setting, exposure to dust, noise, temperature extremes, possible hazards, pressure to meet deadlines, multiple projects per day, fast-paced environment
