What You’ll Do As a Digital Clerk, you’ll help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately, creating an easy pickup experience from start to finish. You’ll Provide remarkable service at the curbside pickup Meijer Pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection the carside experienceGreet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needsMaintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadershipResolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when neededReceive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shiftSelect items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standardsStore and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelinesKeep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickupSupport other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly In short: you’ll turn online orders into easy, reliable, “right-on-time” pickups. What You Bring You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll train you. What matters most is your service mindset and attention to detail.
