Part Time Curbside Clerk

What You'll Do

• Help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately.
• Create an easy pickup experience from start to finish.
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone) and respond to questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring

• You don’t need to know everything on day one, we’ll train you.
• Your service mindset and attention to detail are most important.
• You have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• You can learn new technologies quickly.
• You have minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• You are detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
