About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum's curatorial department.
- Develop and implement new exhibition plans and educational programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive programming and visitor experiences.
- Supervise a team of 5 museum curators, providing guidance and feedback.
- Research and select artifacts for exhibitions and educational materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in museum studies or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a museum setting.
- Proven leadership skills and experience supervising a team.
- Strong knowledge of museum practices and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
