Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum's curatorial department.
• Develop and implement new exhibition plans and educational programs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive programming and visitor experiences.
• Supervise a team of 5 museum curators, providing guidance and feedback.
• Research and select artifacts for exhibitions and educational materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in museum studies or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a museum setting.
• Proven leadership skills and experience supervising a team.
• Strong knowledge of museum practices and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
