Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Cultural Resources Project Manager to work a hybrid remote schedule based out of our Flagstaff, AZ office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and managing all phases of cultural resources projects including survey, archaeological monitoring, testing and data recovery.
  • Interacting with clients and land managers.
  • Producing technical reports.
  • Preparing scopes of work and cost estimates.
  • Meting project scope, schedule, and budget obligations.
  • Conducting quality control/quality assurance reviews of field data and reports.
  • Conducting local fieldwork as needed.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (preferred) in Anthropology or a related field.
  • 6+ years of cultural resources management (CRM) experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years of archaeology experience in the American Southwest.
  • Sufficient experience to be listed on one or more archaeological permits in Arizona.
  • Knowledge about Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act.
  • Experience with energy transmission, distribution, and generation projects is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and digital literacy skills.
  • Be able to work cooperatively in a positive team-oriented setting.
  • Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average, as applicable.

  • Compensation: This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $68,640 to $89,440 annually, depending on experience and education.
