Responsibilities
- Perform basic plant care tasks: transplanting, watering, pruning, and defoliation under supervision
- Support harvest activities: cutting plants, tagging, weighing, and organizing batches
- Affiliate with basic trimming operations including machine trim loading/unloading and tray cycling
- Participate in room sanitation procedures and maintain clean work areas
- Follow all safety and biosecurity protocols including PPE usage and movement restrictions
- Complete required documentation accurately, including plant counts, task logs, and sanitation forms
- Attend required training sessions and demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years old
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Being able to work with a team
- Having organizational skills
- Having decision making skills
- No cannabis experience required; experience in agriculture, horticulture, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocols

Schedule
- 4 Ten Hour Shifts per week, Sunday - Wednesday, 7am-5:30pm
