Cultivation Technician
Cultivation Operations
Execute daily and weekly cultivation tasks including feeding, nutrient brewing and maintenance, cleaning, trellising, topping, super cropping, pruning, transplanting, IPM applications, training, water delivery, and plant monitoring via systems.
Monitor plant health and development, identifying issues such as pests, disease, or nutrient deficiencies.
Execute cultivation tasks according to established SOPs and schedules.
Assist with transplanting, and plant movement activities.
Report plant health issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns to Cultivation Supervisor(s) and Garden Manager.
Facility Maintenance & Sanitation
Prepare coco coir for transplants.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grow rooms, equipment, and work areas.
Clean and sanitize tools, pots, trays, cultivation equipment, and cultivation rooms.
Remove plant waste and maintain organized work areas.
Assist with general facility maintenance tasks as needed.
Documentation & Compliance
Accurately document daily/weekly cultivation activities in necessary cultivation logs.
Follow all Colorado MED regulations and company compliance policies.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during cultivation activities.
Comfortable working in warm, humid environments with bright lighting.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
Comfortable working atop ladders with equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $19.23 to $20.19/hr
Actual compensation depends on experience level and demonstrated track record.
