Entry-level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This role assists in all areas of grow operations, including potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
Responsibilities
- Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
- Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing.
- Follows compliance procedures mandated by state licensing requirements.
- Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
- Maintains a professional attitude toward coworkers and management.
- Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
- Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check.
- Must be able to communicate with the GDF Team effectively and professionally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused.
- Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude.

- Available to work weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work in 80+ degree and humid environments.
Qualifications
- High School degree or equivalent.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times.
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations.
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day.
- The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
- The ability to work in bright, hot, and humid conditions.
- The ability to work in high CO2 environments.
- The ability to use a half-face respirator.
- The ability to complete fine motor functions.
- The ability to work in low-light situations.
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping, and visual activity.
- Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals.
- Must be able to go up and down a ladder repeatedly.
Schedule
Sun-Thurs: 7am-4pm
