About the role
Join our cultivation team and support the care and production of high-quality cannabis plants from seed to harvest.
Responsibilities
- Care for cannabis plants through all growth stages
- Water, prune, feed, and maintain plants
- Assist with plant training and cultivation tasks
- Set up and sanitize grow areas
- Support harvests, R&D projects, and daily cultivation operations
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Comfortable working in warm, humid, and indoor grow environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Basic computer skills preferred
