Cultivation Manager

About the role

The Cultivation Manager is responsible for overseeing the cultivation process, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and maintaining high-quality plant health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cultivation facility, including monitoring plant growth and quality.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding cultivation practices.
• Develop and implement cultivation protocols to maintain optimal growing conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.
• Train and mentor new employees in cultivation techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cultivation management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of plant biology, genetics, and cultivation techniques.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with occasional weekend and evening shifts as needed.
