Culinary Support - Server

About the role

Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing, located on a 250-acre campus near Nashville. Our mission is to foster emotional well-being and reconnect humanity through healing hospitality. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is committed to helping others, showing compassion, and contributing positively to our community.

Responsibilities

• Serve prepared meals in a compassionate and highly engaging manner
• Work to ensure all food looks great and is presented attractively
• Clean up client's plates and glasses without them needing to do so
• Create a hospitable and inviting experience for guests

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Experience in food service, preferably in high-end settings
• A warm, engaging, and eager personality
