Culinary Services Temporary Associate

Temporary, part-time Culinary Services Associate positions available at the College of Saint Benedict. These roles offer flexible, varied hours with most shifts during evenings and weekends. Positions are benefit-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dishwashing operations, including cleaning and returning kitchenware to proper storage.
• Restock service areas with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, including tables, counters, and beverage stations.
• Assist and serve guests in our residential dining facility.
• Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including regular evening and weekend assignments.
