About the role
The Culinary Service Aide assists the cook in preparing and serving meals according to scheduled times, adhering to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assists the cook in meal preparation and service
- Maintains food service standards through cost, quality, and quantity controls
- Ensures meal service meets resident preferences while preserving dignity
Qualifications
- Desire and commitment to work with geriatric residents
- Understanding of geriatric residents' special needs
- Criminal background check required per Minnesota Department of Human Services guidelines
