About the role
Manage the development and execution of culinary projects from concept to launch, ensuring they align with brand standards and meet quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including chefs, marketing, and operations
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in culinary management or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
