Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the centralized recipe database, ensuring all recipes are accurate, standardized, and current.
- Manage recipe version control and maintain documentation for recipe updates and revisions.
- Create and maintain production sheets, event build sheets, pack-out sheets, prep lists, and other operational documents.
- Prepare production planning documents to support daily kitchen operations and event execution.
- Collaborate with chefs during recipe testing and menu development, documenting changes and maintaining organized records.
- Ensure all menu items are accurately entered into operational systems and updated as changes occur.
- Work closely with Purchasing to communicate recipe changes, ingredient specifications, and product requirements.
- Cookordination with Production and Operations teams to ensure documentation aligns with event execution needs.
- Aid in menu costing by maintaining accurate ingredient quantities, yields, and recipe specifications.
- Support inventory planning by maintaining accurate ingredient and recipe information.
- Organize and maintain digital culinary files, production documents, and operational records.
- Develop and update culinary SOPs, preparation guides, and training materials as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve documentation processes and operational efficiencies.
- Support special culinary projects and administrative initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary administration, catering operations, production planning, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a high-volume catering, commissary, hotel, or fine dining environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of recipe standardization, production planning, and kitchen operations.
- Advanced organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with recipe management, inventory, or production software is highly preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Compensation Details
- Compensation: Hourly ($28.00 - $35.00)
