Qualifications

  • Show up for your team, be consistent, punctual and present.
  • Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community, know regulars, and build relationships.
  • Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert, sell the menu, own and adhere to process.
  • Take, prepare and provide orders to guests and delivery partners to standards with consistent accuracy. Be able to adapt to recipe and SOP changes.
  • Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required.

Abilities

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching.
  • Ability to execute and thrive in a quick paced hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires
  • Preferred but not required: Food Handlers Certification, culinary experience.

  • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo y organización excepcionales con capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Capacidad para aprender rápidamente tanto con como sin supervisión directa.
  • Capacidad para ejecutar tareas y prosperar en un entorno de hospitalidad de ritmo rápido.
  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
  • Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados de hasta 50 libras.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar durante el día, tardes y fines de semana según las necesidades del negocio.
  • Preferible, pero no obligatorio: Certificación de Manipulación de Alimentos y experiencia culinaria.
