(Culinary) Banquet Cook
About the role
The Banquet Cook will be responsible for the preparation and execution of items needed for our banquet functions.
Responsibilities
- Follow direction from supervisors and assimilate critique as part of daily growth
- Focus on teamwork and constant and regular communication with fellow employees and supervisors
- Follow daily checklist and report any issues or challenges to management team
- Safe food handling and sanitation are paramount
Requirements
- Comprehensive knife skills
- Cold & hot line knowledge to include classic knife cuts, multiple cooking techniques (grill, sauté, boil, steam, braise, saucier)
Qualifications
- High volume banquet and catering experience preferred
- Previous experience in high volume, upscale, from-scratch kitchen highly desired
- Positive & team-oriented attitude required
- Prior Hotel experience preferred

Pay
RATE OF PAY: $28.64-$28.64 per hour
Schedule
Flexible availability for shifts is required. Schedules will based on banquet event needs.
