Culinary Assistant/Server - Elk River Senior Living

Elk River Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is redefining senior living in Little Canada, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

About the role

As a Culinary Assistant/Server, you will assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being.

Responsibilities

• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, their families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills.

Pay

$15.50–$20.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time and part-time shifts available.
