Responsibilities
Manages the Executive Chef's office.
Aids the Culinary Team in effective and efficient verbal, written and electronic communication with guests, colleagues and other hotel departments as necessary.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent.
- Previous recruiting and HR experience is beneficial.
- 1+ years of Hospitality experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Extremely detail oriented and organized.
- Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
