About the role
We are looking for a Cuisinier H/F to join our team at an educational establishment in Chamondix Mont Blanc (74).
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve 400 meals per day, both hot and cold dishes.
- Ensure that all meals are presented attractively during service.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure your own and your colleagues' safety is a priority.
Requirements
- Proven culinary expertise.
- A genuine interest in gastronomy.
- A commitment to quality in the plate.
- A focus on customer service and experience within your restaurant.
- A team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
- A flexible, organized, and meticulous approach.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid food handling certification.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to different working conditions.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Schedule
