Job Title: CTSS Behavioral Health Practitioner
Location: 1811 Weir Drive, Suite 270 Woodbury, MN 55125
Working Model: Onsite
Employee Type: 1.0 FTE Full-Time or 0.5 FTE Part-Time
Schedule: 2:00 - 8:00 pm CST

Responsibilities
- Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and/or their families (if working with children) in the home, community, and/or school.
- Aid clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and assist them in meeting those goals.
- Design and implement treatment/intervention in-home reflective of client needs.
- Receive clinical supervision from a qualified staff and obtain continuing education units.
Requirements
- Meet the Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.04.04.
- Hold a Master's degree or other graduate degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields AND 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.
- Candidates who have completed a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served, and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields may qualify and are encouraged to apply regardless of whether they have 2000 hours of experience.
- Have 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.
- Meet the Clinical Trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06.
- Meet the Mental Health Professional requirements per MN State Statue 245I.04.02.
- Licensed as a LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota.
- Desire to work with children and families in their homes; this includes walking, stairs, and the ability to crouch, stoop, sit on floors, and stand for periods of time.
- Ability to work independently; Valid driver’s license/auto insurance/reliable vehicle; ability to drive a minimum of a 30-mile radius around primary clinic location.
- Must be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- If interested in working with children/adolescents and families must be able to commit to late afternoon/early evening schedule.
Compensation
This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $22.00 - $23.00 hourly. Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE. Employees in these positions are W2.
