About the role

This role involves leading the technical direction of a peer-to-peer clothing marketplace rental platform, overseeing MVP development on iOS, and aligning technical strategy with business and sustainability goals.

This is an equity-based position within a 1-10 employee startup focused on sustainability and fashion technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction and innovation of the peer-to-peer clothing marketplace rental platform.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience and platform scalability.
• Oversee the development and deployment of software solutions, including the existing MVP on iOS.
• Ensure alignment of technical strategy with business objectives and sustainability goals.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience at a mid-level.
• Expertise in full-stack development.
• Experience with e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Background in fashion tech and sustainability focus.
• Skills in team leadership and MVP management.
• Ability to leverage data-driven insights.
• Proficiency in English.

$120,000-150,000/year
