The startup is building AI agents that automate the creation and management of charities, aiming to become the operating system for the future of philanthropy. It has acquired an established SaaS company with $1m+ ARR, providing immediate commercial traction.

About the role

This is a technical co-founder position aimed at helping build the next chapter of the company. A key requirement is having a fundraising-friendly profile, ideally from a well-known tech brand, an elite university, or another standout experience on your resume.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development and innovation
• Build and lead a team of engineers and data scientists
• Work closely with the founding team to shape the strategic direction of the company
• Engage with potential investors to secure funding

Requirements

• Proven track record in technology and/or finance
• Experience in fundraising and investor relations
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Exceptional communication and networking skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Technical expertise in AI and machine learning
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and market dynamics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
