Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs aligned with Kent School District goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to enhance student learning experiences.
• Evaluate teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness to improve educational outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of professional development plans for educators.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to educational initiatives and student progress.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in education or a related field.
• Knowledge of educational standards and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
