CT/X-Ray Technologist-PRN | 7:00am-7:00pm

About the role

The Multi-Modality Technologist performs at a minimum of two (2) MRI, CT, diagnostic, US, IR, Mammography or Nuclear Medicine procedures. This position supports the second or additional modalities on a routine basis and must be available to work in the modality. On-call coverage for these modalities is also required.

Qualifications

• Age of Patients Served: All Age Groups
• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate of an accredited Radiology discipline. Preferred Education: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Necessary Skills:
  • Knowledge of radiographic procedures and practices.
  • Communicates exams/procedures to patients.
  • Knowledge computer software and ability to troubleshoot.
  • Familiar with imaging equipment and all other patient care equipment.
  • Maintain competency in a minimum of two modalities.
• Required Licensure/Certifications: BLS Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, Credentialed, certified, or licensed in a minimum of two (2) different Radiology modalities through the state, ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS.
• Required Experience: 1-2 years of Clinical Radiology Experience.
