Responsibilities
- Review patient histories and supporting clinical information.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in accordance with privacy laws and facility policies.
- Absorb and support daily operations of the CT and X-ray facility.
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure CT scanner operates optimally.
- Operate Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
- Maintain accuracy of facility reports, database records, and logs.
- Ensure CT or X-Ray examination results meet facility standards for Quality Assurance before release for interpretation.
- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with co-workers, administrators, and healthcare team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- 1+ year experience in both CT and X-Ray.
- ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist, state license holder (OBMI or WA DOH).
- Certified to perform all routine and specialized CT and X-Ray examinations.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software applications.
- Competent to navigate a computer and learn new software.
