Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality CT scans under supervision, ensuring accurate and consistent image quality.
- Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, including medical history, examination details, and results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines, including HIPAA and IOM guidelines.
Requirements
- Required: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Required: Associate’s degree or equivalent training
- Preferred: Degree in Radiologic Technology
- R.T. (R) (ARRT) or R.T. (CT) (ARRT)
- IEMA License
- CPR (AHA only)
- R.T. (CT) certification required within 13 months of hire (Agency staff must have CT certification at start)
Qualifications
- Experience with CT scanning equipment and techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of radiation safety protocols

Pay
Pay Range: $35.00 -$57.00 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
Schedule
Shift: 12‑hour Day Shift (8:00 AM–8:30 PM)
Rotation: Monday–Friday with rotating weekends & holidays
