CT Technologist (Weekend Option) - Part Time, Nights

Schedule: 27 hours per week – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 9:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Holidays required when they fall on posted shifts.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 for eligible applicants. Will cross-train in CT if R.T.(R) registered.

Must be CT registered within 6 months from hire (if not registered upon hire). CT job responsibilities include performing x-ray as well.

Radiology services include board-certified radiologists, registered radiology technicians, and advanced diagnostic equipment for:

• X-ray
• Bone density

• MRI
• CT

Role Purpose

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures in at least one advanced imaging modality (Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Interventional, Mammography, Bone Density, Cardiac Catheterization) on adults and/or pediatric patients for diagnosis, treatment, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures
• Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Associate or Trade School equivalent
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois only, excluding MRI), R.T.(R), CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, or RCES

Preferred Requirements

• Experience: Less than 2 years
• Licenses & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Intravenous Therapy
