CT Technologist - Up to $10,500 Sign-On Bonus
We are seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging team at Northland Medical Center in Princeton, MN. This is a 0.7 FTE (56 hours per 2 weeks) position, primarily on the day/evening or evening shift, with a weekend rotation and occasional night shift coverage. Eligible for a prorated sign-on bonus based on experience.
About the role
The CT Technologist functions independently within professional practice boundaries, performing high-quality diagnostic imaging and providing age-appropriate patient care. Responsibilities include collaborating with the healthcare team and adhering to ARRT standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and prioritizes work to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Performs excellent patient care and examinations
- Identifies relevant data from images accurately
- Uses appropriate communication skills to meet patient, family, and other customer needs
- Communicates pertinent data clearly to healthcare professionals
- Educates patients regarding exam information during all aspects of the procedure
- Achieves quality diagnostic images through correct patient positioning and technical factors
- Applies established professional guidelines to complex, routine, and non-roine diagnostic testing
- Ensures patient data integrity
- Adheres to radiologic safety guidelines and diagnostic testing protocols
- Accurately documents in compliance with regulatory requirements, including computer functions, edits, scheduling, and billing status changes
Requirements
- ARRT Radiology Tech certification
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a related role
- Additional certifications in Imaging
- Previous ambulatory care experience
- Strong interpersonal skills

Pay
Pay rate is determined by skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions, with a focus on pay equity and internal team equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If eligible, a sign-on bonus may be offered based on the approved program at the time of hire.
