CT Technologist - Radiology - Emergency Department Expansion - Multiple Shifts

Role: Perform CT procedures independently under the supervision of a radiologist and CT supervisor, utilizing technical expertise to execute prescribed imaging protocols. Responsibilities: Operate advanced imaging equipment such as CT scanners, X-ray machines, and ultrasound devices; ensure patient safety and comfort; maintain accurate documentation; adapt procedures based on clinical needs. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Radiography program; current ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) (R) or certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT); one year of general radiography experience preferred; obtain CT certification within one year of hire; BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days. Skills and Attributes: Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, demonstrate ingenuity, and adapt to new technology and procedures; strong communication and patient care skills. Key Duties: Assist in the expansion of emergency services, contribute to the operation of a state-of-the-art trauma center, and support the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment.
