Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic Radiology - Emergency Department Expansion - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview: Perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic procedures under the supervision of a Radiologist and Imaging Manager in a fast-paced emergency environment. Support trauma teams and emergency services by ensuring accurate imaging, patient safety, and effective communication of critical information. Adhere to radiation safety standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines while providing compassionate, professional patient care. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Radiography program recognized by the ARRT. Current registration as an R.T.(ARRT) or registration within one year of hire for new graduates. BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required or obtained within 30 days of employment. Preferred one year of general radiography experience; however, work experience cannot replace educational requirements. Role and Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures, assist trauma and emergency teams, ensure patient safety, and communicate results promptly.Skills: Knowledge of radiographic techniques, radiation safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate patient care in high-acuity settings.
