About the role
Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital has served Southeast Michigan since 1953, operating 632 beds as a major teaching and research hospital with five residency programs and a cardiology fellowship in partnership with Wayne State University School of Medicine. It is a verified Level II trauma center and Joint Commission‑accredited primary stroke center, known for clinical excellence and innovation in orthopedics, neurosciences, women’s health, heart and vascular, and cancer care. As a CT Technologist, you will perform accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection, contributing to life‑changing diagnoses for patients and families.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostic CT exams while following regulations and ALARA principles of radiation protection.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent.
- Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited Radiography program.
- 1 year of relevant experience.
- 1‑3 years’ experience beyond staff radiographer level.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- CRT‑Computed Tomography (CT) certification – ARRT (required upon hire; excludes team members hired prior to 2008).
- Compliance with drug‑free workplace policy and required vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza) for on‑site or hybrid roles.
Qualifications
- Preferred: CRT‑Radiologic Technologist registration – ARRT.

Pay
Sign‑on bonus of up to $12,500 for external hires and new graduates.
Schedule
- Part‑time position.
- Weekly scheduled hours: 20 hours.
- Shift: Day, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Days worked: variable.
- Weekend frequency: every other weekend.
