CT Technologist (Nights)
Overview
Since 1937, Alton Memorial Hospital has cared for residents in Alton, Illinois, and the surrounding communities in a five-county area. Starting as a land gift to the community from the Smith family, Alton Memorial today is a full-service acute care hospital. Alton Memorial offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery services, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24-hour emergency care, ambulance services and more. Alton Memorial has Two 64-slice CT scanners, one with fluoroscopy capabilities. This leading technology allows for faster scan times and less radiation dose to the patient while maintaining image quality. Position Details
- Sign-On Bonus $5,000 (for eligible applicants)
- Full-time; Overnight
- 12 hour shifts, 3 days per week
- Monday & Tuesday 6:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m.
- Friday 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Willing to cross train in CT!! (Must be R.T. (R) registered if not (CT) registered)
Responsibilities
Prepares patient and equipment for procedures.
P Performs studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other site as required by work area.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Associate or Trade School
- Experience: No Experience
- Licenses & Certifications: IEMA - Illinois only, excl MRIRTR,CT,MR,M,BD,CI,VI,RCIS,RCES Experience Preferred Requirements
