CT Technologist - Night Shift

About the role

The CT Technologist is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality imaging procedures in a collaborative healthcare setting. They perform CT scans independently, ensuring diagnostic accuracy while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT procedures
• Explain procedures using AIDET
• Administer contrast as required
• Position patients for optimal imaging
• Review images for quality and diagnostic accuracy
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Maintain equipment in proper working order
• Document procedures accurately in RIS/PACS systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• At least one year of radiology experience

Certifications

• ARRT - R
• ARRT - CT
• BLS
