CT Technologist - Night Shift

About the role

The CT Technologist applies expertise to deliver safe, high-quality imaging and a supportive patient experience. They work independently, operating imaging equipment safely, adjusting techniques to maintain diagnostic quality while minimizing radiation exposure (ALARA).

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain imaging equipment
  • Obtain clinical history and explain procedures using AIDET
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during exams
  • Perform CT exams with contrast when needed
  • Review images for diagnostic acceptability
  • Document accurately in RIS/PACS
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies
  • Support operational workflows

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • At least 1 year of radiology experience
  • ARRT certifications in Radiography and CT
  • BLS certification
