CT Technologist - Night Shift

About the role

This role involves interpreting orders and producing CT and diagnostic medical images while positioning and transferring patients. You will select appropriate technical factors for each patient, operate imaging equipment, and adhere to safety standards. The technician assists physicians with administering agents and medications and handles delegated responsibilities in special imaging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Interpret orders and produce CT and diagnostic medical images
• Position and transfer patients safely
• Select appropriate technical factors for each patient

• Participate in team collaboration and training responsibilities
• Maintain current CPR certification and pursue ongoing education

Requirements

• Formal Radiologic Technology training
• Current Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License
• ARRT registered or eligible
• ARRT certification in CT or working toward it
• Proficiency with radiology information systems
• Demonstrated professionalism, respect, confidentiality, and commitment to patient care

Qualifications

• Experience in radiologic technology or related field
• ARRT certification in CT (preferred or working toward it)
