Responsibilities
- Patient identification and exam preparation
- Proper protocol adherence
- Contrast administration
- Infection control

- Operation of CT equipment
Qualifications
- Radiography Certification/Registration (ARRT)
- Relevant State licensure (if required)
- Proficiency in CT imaging
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred: CT Certification/Registration (ARRT) and 1+ year CT experience.
Skills
- Ensure accurate patient identification and exam setup
- Perform imaging procedures per protocol, demonstrating anatomical knowledge and radiation safety
- Administer contrast agents under supervision
- Operate CT systems effectively, ensuring high-quality images
- Practice infection control and provide patient comfort and education
- Critique and review imaging results for quality
Physical Requirements
- Ability to read labels, operate equipment, assist with patient transfers, and navigate busy environments
- Standing for extended periods
- Manual dexterity
