CT Technologist - Diagnostic Imaging

About the role

The CT Technologist performs all phases of cross-sectional imaging using CT scanners under the guidance of department leadership and radiologists. They produce internal organ and tissue images for diagnostic purposes, contributing to patient care in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to capture diagnostic images
• Follow department protocols and safety standards
• Ensure quality and accuracy of imaging
• Collaborate with medical staff for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain documentation and assist with equipment management

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic training program
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Registered in Radiography and either CT or Nuclear Medicine Technology
• At least 6 months of CT scanning experience as an ARRT(R)

Preferred: 1 year CT experience as ARRT(R)(CT)
