CT Technologist - CT Scan

About the Role

A CT Technologist partners with radiologists to perform computerized tomography procedures, ensuring precise scans while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This role focuses on professional development, ongoing learning, and utilizing state-of-the-art technology to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate CT exams in accordance with departmental protocols.
• Provide excellent patient care, education, and radiation safety checks.
• Maintain detailed patient records within RIS and PACS systems.
• Serve as a clinical supervisor and educator for imaging students.
• Assist with workflow improvements, equipment troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean, stocked environment.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited 2-year Radiologic Technology Program.
• Active NYS Radiologic Technologist License and ARRT registration.
• ARRT CT certification or eligibility, with certification obtained within 12 months.
• Current BLS certification.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred: 1+ years of general radiologic experience with CT exposure.
