We omitted Physical Requirements and Working Environment because they are not explicitly requested as sections; but they are substantive. Should we include them? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include them as separate sections if they have content. But we already have many sections. Could combine Physical Requirements and Working Environment into a "Job Details" section? But we have headings list limited to those specific headings. We could add a section for "Physical Requirements" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are only those listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot create other headings. So we must fit Physical Requirements and Working Environment into existing sections, perhaps under Responsibilities or Requirements? They are not duties/requirements/benefits? Physical requirements could be considered requirements. Working environment maybe also requirements. We could add them as list items under Requirements. But we must not lose info. We could add a subsection under Requirements: maybe as separate
items. Let's incorporate Physical Requirements and Working Environment as list items under Requirements. Thus Requirements will have more items. We need to ensure we don't duplicate. Let's extract Physical Requirements text: "Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and feeling are necessary body movements utilized in performing duties throughout the work shift. Must be able to lift, move, and position patients of all weights, with varying amounts of assistance in a fair manner on a regular and recurring basis; exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Working Environment: "Exposure to body fluids, human tissues, contagious diseases, sharps, explosive gases, cleaning agents, and disinfectants on a daily basis.
