About the role
Seeking a CT Technologist to provide diagnostic imaging services using CT scan equipment.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality images for physician diagnosis and treatment
- Assist radiologists with special examinations
- Operate RIS and PACS systems proficiently
- Maintain clean, organized examination rooms and equipment
- Monitor and report equipment issues and ensure proper maintenance
- Administer radiation protection principles for patient and self-safety
- Apply proper positioning and technical factors for optimal imaging
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- Valid NJ Radiology license and ARRT Certification
- CPR/BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Previous experience in CT imaging
Preferred: CT Certification
