CT Technologist
Description
Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an experienced CT Technologist to join their team. The position aims to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to local communities, focusing on mission-driven healthcare innovation.
Position Purpose
Performs all required CAT Scan Examinations to include angiography. Duties also involve selecting appropriate software/hardware and equipment imaging techniques, assessing patient conditions, performing intravenous injections of CT contrast, ensuring patient safety, reviewing examinations for technical accuracy, presenting completed exams to radiologists, and communicating pertinent data to those responsible for patient care following procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completion of Certified CAT scan program
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in both Radiography and CAT scan
- State licensure as a Radiographer
- Registry eligible candidates must obtain certification within one year of hire
- One year working in a CAT Scan Technologist capacity preferred
